1. Introduction Smile AI ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

2. Information We Collect We collect photos you submit for smile analysis. These photos are sent to OpenAI's API solely to perform the analysis and are not stored on our servers. We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifying information.

3. How We Use Your Information Photos are used exclusively to generate your smile score and analysis. They are processed in real time and immediately discarded after the analysis is complete.

4. Third-Party Services We use OpenAI to process smile analysis and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. These services have their own privacy policies.

5. Subscriptions Subscription management is handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

6. Data Retention We do not store your photos or analysis results on any server. Your results are saved locally on your device only.

7. Children's Privacy Our app is not intended for children under 13.
